It was back on our bikes today for a 40 mile ride just north of Janesville called "Ride the Rock". I (Nicky)must confess that I have done very little riding since June, so the ride went well, but now, 7 hours later-hmmmmm. I love Advil.
Way to go on the ride! You sound like me today...Chris won me a free session with a trainer and my legs are killing me!!! I'm not as in shape as I use to be!
