Katie's Baby Blessing

We blessed Katie Elizabeth at the church on Sunday. It was a very nice intimate setting. We did it in the evening because we had Stake conference that day.

After weeks of rain, floods, thunderstorms and sirens, the sun finally came out today. And what did the girls want to do... run through the water. The sun was hitting it just right so I tried to capture it, but the pictures don't do it justice.

Natalie had her big dance recital last Saturday. She was very excited to wear her costume and put on Mom's makeup. she did a great job up on stage

Katie was born the 12th of May at 11:53 am. She and her mom are doing beautifully.
9 lbs 1oz 21 inches.

The Load

Just under one month to go. We are due the 19th of May. Nicky looks a beautiful as ever and is handeling "the load" quite well. We are excited to welcome baby girl number three. This is Lindsay one of her Laurels.

Easter visit from PAPA

 

Papa came to visit this weekend. We had a great time with him visiting the Jelly Belly Factory in Milwaukee, coloring Easter eggs and doing a few home improvement projects. We loved having him here, but wish he could have stayed longer.

Audrey made "the big move" last night...into a toddler bed in her big sister's room! (Thanks again to my awesome friend Sara for letting us use it). She was so excited to get to sleep in the same room with Natalie. (Natalie has her own bed, she just wanted to snuggle in Audrey's for the picture). It makes Audrey seem so grown up! But it will be good for Audrey to have some time to get used to the new sleeping arrangements before baby #3 arrives in May. Yes, in case the rumor mill hasn't made it your way, we have another on the way. We will know Jan 3rd what it is, so you have till then to cast your vote on the new poll I added!
